With the flexibility of online sessions, you can access therapy from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere else with a bit of privacy and a stable connection. Virtual sessions are just as personal and connected as in-person care and provide additional increased accessibility for those needing to schedule around work, school, caregiving, or chronic health needs.

- Ongoing sessions are typically weekly and last 53 minutes

What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. You decide what feels most important to explore. We’ll move at your pace, with no pressure to “perform” or fit into a mold.
Do you accept insurance?

How long are sessions and how often do they happen?
Individual therapy sessions are typically provided on a weekly basis for 53 minutes but session duration and frequency may be adjusted as needed.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. We understand that life happens — just reach out if something comes up.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. What you share in therapy stays private, with a few legal exceptions (like safety concerns). We’ll go over confidentiality in detail during your first session so you know exactly what to expect.
What if I’ve had a bad experience with therapy before?
Unfortunately you’re not alone, but fortunately We’ll move at your pace, check in often, and co-create a space that feels safe and respectful.
