Telehealth Sessions
With the flexibility of online sessions, you can access therapy from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere else with a bit of privacy and a stable connection. Virtual sessions are just as personal and connected as in-person care and provide additional increased accessibility for those needing to schedule around work, school, caregiving, or chronic health needs.
In Person Sessions
Our office is open to those who prefer to meet in person. Being in the room with someone can make therapy feel more connected and comfortable. Our office is set up to be calm and grounding, with soft lighting and comfortable seating.

What to expect
Find out what being a client at Headwinds Therapy looks like
First Steps:
◍ Call, e-mail, or complete our contact form to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is your space to share what you’re looking for and ask any initial questions.
◍ We’ll send you a few intake forms to complete before our first session. These help us understand your background so we can start with clarity and care.
Next Steps:
◍ The intake session is about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and how therapy might support you. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right.
◍ Each session is tailored to your needs. Session length, frequency, and duration vary, but most clients meet weekly or biweekly for about 45-55 minutes, depending on what feels supportive.
